Ingredients - Chicken
475g of chicken breast (split into 5 95g strips)
Salt
Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
50g of cornflakes
2 eggs
Ingredients - Flatbreads
120g flour
100g greek yogurt
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
Salt
Ingredients - Zinger sauce
75g greek yogurt
1 teaspoon paprika
Sriracha
Method - Chicken
Take the five strips of chicken and season with salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika.
Grab the cornflakes, season with the same spices and then crush into smaller pieces.
Dip the seasoned chicken strips into the eggs and then coat in the cornflakes.
Bake in the oven at 200c for 20-25 minutes or the air fryer at 190c for 16-18 minutes.
Method - Flatbreads
Combine all the ingredients and then knead into a dough ball.
Roll out the dough and cut out 5 flatbreads.
Cook the flatbreads on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Method - Zinger sauce
