1 yellow onion, medium size
500 g Minced pork
2 eggs
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1.5 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
50 ml water
50g butter or margerine for frying
Peel and mince the onion.
Combine the onion in a bowl with meat, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and water. Mix together until smooth. Cover and set aside in the fridge for 30 min.
Shape into balls ca. 3-4 cm in diameter. Fry in a pan over medium heat for 10-13 minutes, turning them over frequently.
